Birthday disappointment

I am very disappointed, yesterday was my birthday so we went for dinner at Billy G that we have booked online. As far as I know if its your birthday you eat for friend for as long as you produce your ID/drivers licence. When we get there only to be told we must produce a suncoast card which we were not aware of that so we were told we must first go to information desk to get one. We couldnt as the cue was too long, this whole fiasco took us out of our budget. We were very disappointed and will not be visiting Billy G again.
