Billy G Silverstar -> turned away even with confirmed reservation

We had a confirmed reservation at Billy G Silverstar on Wednesday the 30th Oct 2019 @ 18h00. This reservation was CONFIRMED twice via telephone by myself as it was for my birthday celebration with my sons and husband. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were TURNED AWAY by the male host, stating that I need 4 vouchers to eat there. I tried to explain to him that we do not have vouchers, that it was a confirmed reservation - he outright ignored me, he even ignored the sms confirmation which I received which I tried to show him and said I should come back when I have the 4 vouchers. What an embarrassing situation to be in and to be treated like something the cat dragged in ... I actually have no words to describe the dissapointment with Silverstar and Billy G.
