Billy G not paying back my change

My family went to Billy G on the 20th of August 2022. I paid prior and when we got there, there were some changes that made us to not use the whole money. I was told I have a change of around R300 and it will be deposited back to me. After a few weeks of them quiet I followed up and was told to send banking confirmation and now told it's not around R300 but close to R200. It's the 25th of October and they have not gave me back my change. I am even tired of following up....
