Billy G Montecasino is horrible

Terrible terrible service at Monte Casino We waited in the front for almost 10 minutes and the lady was not bothered to acknowledge us. Once inside the seating is terrible you can barely pass through chairs. The line for the food was ridiculous. We understand covid rules but this idea of food bring prepacked is nonsense. The food wS cold and either over spiced or just bland. The servers were rude and loud and didn't seem to be interested in doing their job. Then there was a John guy and the manager who were supposedly joking around but the jokes were just stupid and tacky. The good stations are not managed properly. There was not enough condiments available. There was no dressings for the salads.

Tsogo sun shoild do something about that restaurant because their employees are gonna run it into the ground
