Billy G Montecasino

We are not happy as a group af ladies about Billy G Montecasino, we booked on the 24th of September 2023 for 19 adults of which 3 were pensioners and 3 children so it was 22 people. We paid R260 for all of us they told us that we will get refunds for children and pensioners when we get there. But when we got there they told us they took 10% R495.00 for a tip which we were not told about prior to our booking and we paid 10% tax R645.00 we were told that pensioners and children will not get their full refunds. On the 16th of June 2023 we were at Billy G GoldReef and the service was good the pensioners and children got their refunds when we got there and they did not take10% tip from our booking as they did at Montecasino. We are not happy at all abou Billy G Montecasino we want the refunds for pensioners and children.
