BILLY G Garden route casino complaint.

I would just like to share my Bad experience at Billy G Garden route in George at the casino, my sister in law booked a table for the 10th of April @ 14.00 under her name Tammy/Tamsyn Claassen, when we arrived the seating was not enough and they had to put more tables together to seat us, then we had to stand in a very long que for more than 15 minutes to wait to dish up, eventually when we got to the serving table the bowls where empty and we had to tell them to fill up there was no one supervising and checking, we eventually got seated and ate, when I ate the chicken I realized it was under cooked, how dangerous! I then made the waitress aware that the chicken was raw and she then handleded it as if it was something light,she then only competed and said she will inform the chef, Only to come to realize before it was late that my husband consumed all of the chicken and started getting serious cramps, we are from Johannesburg and had to travel back today 11 April, he was still not ok and said we can drive, on the road he started getting cramps again and we are now stuck in Beaufort west, we can go back tomorrow, what an inconvenience, this is a very serious matter, under cooked chicken contains Salmonela, he could've died, I am absolute furious and not impressed! I actually paid for my husband to die. I'm really upset and inconvenienced as we had to be back in Jhb by today.
