BAD TREATMENT AT THE PALAZZO

I had such a terrible experience at the Palazzo Hotel on the morning of 23/07/2023.

My guest and I went to Medeo for breakfast. We both didn't eat much however I ordered a salmon eggs benedict for myself. The food was 4/10 but I did not complain because I am just not that type of person. I then ordered two mimosas. The waiter told me it was one per person and I told him that there were two of us so I wanted to, he still proceeded to bring one. Another young lady brought me the bill and I settled it with a generous tip even though we were not happy with the food. Our waiter (male) really didn't care to give us service so I got up and went and made mimosas for myself. I was making two and he rushed to me and told me that he told me it was one per person and that he was going to call security for me. This is all after he saw that 1. I had another guest with me and 2. I had already settled the bill.

I felt extremely belittled by him after all his bad service. I do not think I will ever return there ever again. I am highly disappointed.
