Bad Service - Truworths Montecasino

This shop gave the worst service on Saturday 28 January 2023. They had 2 jackets on a rail that had a big 50% off . I was overjoyed as I just loved the jacket. When I got to the counter they proceeded to advise that this item was not on sale. I showed him the rail. He then proceeded to blame the customers, even though they have floor clerks and security wondering around all the time. I did ask for the manager, but it turns out it was the manager I was dealing with. I walked out without the jacket. I could not believe that he blamed the customers. There were only the 2 jackets in the store and both on the same rail, there were a number of rails all marked 50% off. I feel that customer service is not important to Truworths at all.
