Bad Service

Worst Experience ever! I am definately not happy abou the service received sofar from this resturant. I booked a table for my mom's birthday that was on the 28th March. After the president announced the National Lockdown i got a call from them and advised of the cancellation of the booking and i was advised that i will get my refund after 21 days as the resturant refund procedure and requested to send both my bank statement and ID Copy. I made an enquiry towards the end of April as to how far was process but i requested to resend then documents once more. I sent several emails but there's no response from them.
