BAD SERVICE - COLD FOOD

Good day ,<br> <br> I attended your Buffet on 31 October 2015 , we were 8 people for my wife's 40th birthday.<br> <br> 1. The service was so poor , we entered just after 18:00 the cashier told us to pay for the buffet first and drinks afterwards. When I wanted to pay cash she said it's ok she will sent someone to our table. We waited more than 20 minutes for an waiter , we eventually ask someone that was standing there and chatted to two other waiters. We ordered drinks , waited again more than 15 minutes. Coffee came for 2 of the 8 people , who was fetch outside , we had to ask for milk and sugar that came after coffee was almost cold. My wife waited more than 30 minutes for her Pina colada. <br> 2. The food was cold , and 4 of us had to send it back to reheat the food , also waited a long time. <br> <br> I was so disgusted taking them to Billy G.<br> <br> Hope to hear from you soon.<br> <br> Regards<br> Johann <br>
