Bad service Billy G Gold reef

So on the 24th September my family and o made a reservation at Billy G gold reef city the service we received from them was extremely terrible the manager had no empathy or my managing skills

We waited ling first to be sweated than eventually when we got into the place our area was not setup up for the amount of people we RSVP for we had to move togther our own tables and chairs

There were a lot of sanitizer on the tables however there was no clothes to wipe them I had requested them numerous times but still they failed to provide us with one even throughout our day no one came around to sanitize the tables all they done was removed the plates

Than after we seated ourselves we waited about over 29 min before any waiter could come attend to us in taking our drinks order at the very same time the buffet was not even open yet the chefs kept saying please give us 5 min they were unorganized and they all are one sided in the back kitchen leaving no one in the frontline again i complained to the manager who did nothing about the situation i complained the food is cold and requested that it be warmed up the waiters response was there is nothing she can do as the chefs must just turn up the hot plates there are no microwave or faculty to warm the food yet we were the very first family there and the food should have been hot

My uncle whom had a stroke later arrived and I asked the waiter of they can move him to the front of the line as he cannot stand long she said no he needs to go and que as "Black People "would complain they than spike to the manger who than said they should go to the front after the waiters comment

I personally would not recommend Billy G gold reef city the while experience was just horrible the waiters comment again put me to bed stating arg things are like this because of covid

Mind you there was no social distance no waiter at the salad bar and we were looking forward to spending my dad's 65birthday there it was a complete waste of money and time
