BAD SERVICE AT HI MONTE HOTEL

Hi Monte Hotel ,

The way I love this place and had met great receptinist since I come here, I was not please by the receptionist on duty the 28th December 2021 , very rude and really no customer service what so ever also she left mu food from ubereats on the desk without even calling to notify me , Please can this message be passed as I am very annyed by such attitute from the receptionist .
