BAD SERVICE

Billy G Gold reef city received very bad service and they don't care how you feel.. called to do booking didn't get confirmation SMS, on Friday when I called to remind them to send SMS no one picked up...when to billy g on Saturday today I booked for Saturday ddnt get confirmation SMS, was assisted by zanele, she was very rude to me to go back home it simply means I wasn't booked, tried to show her the prove of calls, she wasn't interested, she then told me n my friends to wait for a manager, we waited for over 30minutes, till I went to her, then she called mercy.. mercy also didn't care , she asked for prove I gave it to her . But she still told me go back home their is nothing we can do, the person who does bookings is not there. It's not my fault that I did not receive SMS, it's person who doesn't bookings, when u deal with customers you have to be customer centric. They DD not care that we drove all the from Vaal to Johannesburg for people who can not handle customers, or do bookings properly. Am not happy with the service I received worse their brave enough to say go home..is it how customer service is? Is how we supposed to be treated? Is how u handle such situation? Do we have to wait more than 30 min for a mananger
