Bad follow up to a valid complaint the Teatro

My Exorbitance with the Management team at The Teatro at Monte casino is most unpleasant. They are really not interested in the customer and have a very bad attitude and refuse to follow up or give feedback with my valid complaint. They blatantly just ignore the matter and have an "Its not our problem attitude" and ignore my calls or any attempt to get the correct process for resolution.. I am very unhappy and will let all know about this experience they did not even offer an apology for the bad communication and failure of their process.
