Bad experience - Horrible experience

I had the worst experience at the Billy G in Gold Reef City.

The queue is terrible, the staff is extremely unprofessional and they don’t know what they are doing. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Even the people who have booked still have to stand in queues. I will NEVER come here

The manager looked so confused. I have never experienced such ****py service in my life.
