BAD ATTITUDE!

<p>A lady named Precious at the (2nd circle) boom gate entrance at montecasino blatantly refused to open the gate for me. Drove up, swiped my card but the gate would not open, swiped it again, the gate still would not open, meanwhile this lady is just sitting there and staring straight into my eyes and says nothing. I wait for about a minute and still she says nothing, just looks at me like i'm crazy, I then decided to stop disturbing her peace (maybe She was on her lunch break) and drove off to the Palazzo circle entrance. What worries me the most is, how many of guests get treated the same? ... Not complaining, just raising a concern.</p>
