Avoid movies@monte

I could not purchase a pack of jelly beans, 2 families bought all the specials and needed one more pack of jelly beans, I stood in the queue again and was told I could buy wine gums not jelly beans. Even though I previously had the choice, I would have to buy the entire special again. The cashier was no help, I found the manager who refused... Over a simple pack of wine gums he explains that's the way it is. My 5 year old in question don't understand why he was left out and couldn't get a pack of jelly beans. I went across from the entrance to another shop and bought 2 packs at R9 each not to mention your R25 price tag, what Lame service from management, in this day and age where cinemas are a dying art form you would think more effort would be made... In future I would rather download the movie on my 4k TV with better sound ,hot popcorn , sweets and way cheaper than the terrible movie experience you offer! You could possibly try clean the screen in cinema 5. Is appalling. So sad as a cinematographer of over 60 international features that my child has to endure a lame cinematic experience.i expected more from Monte. And will make it very public on all social media
