ANSWER PEOPLE AND REFUND THEM!!!!!

I have been ignored a total of 7 times, via email, calling, and posting on the Montecasino site. Yes we are under lockdown but I need my refund to take place, because due to COVID, we cannot have a birthday party at the bird park. I will NOT just have R 550 be taken away from me!!!.
