3SIXTY Lounge Monte Casino is super ******

We walked into the 3SIXTY Lounge Monte Casino and we(6) found a seats. One of the people we were with got agitated because we had already waited 10 minutes before anyone would come and serve us. When she went to look for the waiter she was told there is a waiter assigned to your sections. We waited another 10 minutes without attendance still. we went back and this time, the lady giving instructions came to our table with an ipad with bad attitude, telling us what she had told us before, except letting us know we can order on the ipad. We waited another 10 minutes which is in total 30 minutes after having made an order on the ipad but no one attended to us. However while we were waiting a waiter was serving other people of a causan decent and even though we put our hands up for service, no one would attend to us. It was so terrible because they were other waiters waiting by the wall, having conversation among themselves, even though they saw us they would not come to us.<br> [URL Removed]
