Just got home after a second bad experience. I have been going there for years now but only to be insulted by 'Owner' who has no customer etiquette. My first experience was to find a hair of a weave in my parcel. The only reason I saw it was because after I asked for a box which was given to me, I had to adjust the bx as the lady broke the box and on opening it, I saw it. I went back to the shop and showed it to them. I asked that they please give me another box. The owner, disgruntled, told the lady to give me an other box. I saw it did not gel with him. Tonight I placed an order and on the till slip was printed 17:10 only to be there for another halt an hour. Orders run by number. My order was 225. I understand that quality is worth the wait but when orders are called out before yours and bigger orders it is concern for getting upset. I was upset that I have to wait this long and when I asked for a refund, he said they made my order. In principle, we all to be treated as equal and wait for our meals but the man very upset told me it's the last time I will be served in his shop. That is really no upset because there are other fisheries in the area but the nerve of this man to be upset with me as a customer because I wanted my hard earned money back.
