Bad experience (Monteagle Merchandise Service)

Good day i was working at Monteagle for 6 years since 2013 when I got dismissed in 2019 i have been waiting for my Salary Schedule since 2019 from them till to date,I am currently unemployed and I was a breadwinner at home so I need to claim for my UIF till I get a job but I am unable to get the UIF benefits because the company is refusing to send me my Salary Schedule to get the pay out, I stopped talking to them in May because they said I was harassing them which was not true I have the text showing that's not true.. I even took them to the Department of Labour who assisted with no luck as the lady kept on hanging up on them..your assistance will be highly appreciated.. my concern is that the benefit will be expiring in August.I am not doing this for my self only but for other employees who will have the same problem when they dismiss them... Thank you
