Gave them an order for 2 tons of steel as a potentially new customer, to test the water.<br> <br> They responded saying they needed a revised order due to slightly different stock. We sent a revised order the next day and requested urgent delivery to meet a deadline.<br> <br> They then kept us on hold for the entire day, promising my delivery department they will try to make a plan.<br> <br> Then they told us that the cannot release steel without payment...so we paid and sent them the proof of payment.<br> <br> Then they told us that they cannot deliver until the payment is reflected in their account. \Should the money reflect tomorrow morning
