Stay away! Overpriced, overrated, underdelivered!

There were nowhere near enough canapés, the bar was closed during the canapés service, when asked for a Coke when one of the elderly guests felt faint they flat out refused to serve her from either bars. The cash bar Was opened around 6pm, at 7 pm they claimed the alcohol was finished due to the guests’ excessive drinking (which was far from the truth, even so, i believe its a venue’s duty to ensure they have sufficient amounts of drinks for all the guests. )

The waiters were late in bringing the bubbly to the tables for the speeches and toasts. The starters (Caprese salad) was disastrous looking, and as far as taste is concerned- there’s only so much you could say for two basil leaves & three rubbery strings of cheese with a drop of balsamic glaze. Main course was cold by the time it reached our table...however we were lucky to receive a full main course at all. Two tables (20guests) didnt receive mains at all. I mean how do you not prepare and provide for all guests especially when the client paid for everything before the wedding.?!

I could literally carry on about all that went wrong...but you get the idea... STAY AWAY , overpriced overrated!
