WORST SERVICE EVER- WORST AUTO DEALERSHIP!

I dealt with Chris, the manager for this dealership called Monte Carlo auto. He is the most unhelpful man I have come across as a manager. I app**** for vehicle finance through Wesbank and they managed to process application quickly only to be delayed by Chris. I phone him he says no reply from bank and I phoned the bank only to be told that Chris received my documents weeks ago and he is the man delaying the whole process. I phone Chris and he assures me that he will follow up with the bank - all this was untrue. The bank phones the dealership to find out about the application Guess What? My application doesn't even exist at the dealership! It's not on their system at all. It's been almost three weeks of me chasing up this process! Look elsewhere for a car, Monte Carlo Auto service is just DEPLORABLE!
