Traded in my car in Sep 2017 and still waiting for a service book for the new car after continuously calling and following up and being promised lies by both the service consultant Thulie and the dealer principle Chris! The dealer principle told me himself that " Chris the dealer principle, isn't in" meanwhile I was talking to him ! How disgusting. I have had to now order the book myself and have been advised that I can walk into any dealership and order it. I am disgusted. It's the 20th of Dec and no book yet.
