MONTE CARLO AUTO ****** US!!!!

I advise no one to purchase any vehicle from this car dealership. I had saw an ad on gumtree advertising for a BMW m3 at the price of 260k . I had contacted them interested and was told the vehicle was sold. A few hours later the vehicle re appeared on gumtree at a higher price. Still being interested I contacted them agreeing on 260k( intially this isn't considered a discount as the price was risen) I still have the screenshot of the first add. The ad went on saying the vehicle is in immaculate condition. I purchased the vehicle on the 2nd of April. On the 7th of April the water warning light had come on. I contacted BMW and booked the vehicle for a diagnostics. I was then quoted R31000 as the intake and radiotors had leaks. I had contacted CHRISTOU the sales agent. Sent him the invoice from BMW and asked if they could assist with atleast 50% payment. Firstly they do not respond. In order to get a reply I had to constantly call them . I was then told by Christou that they manager said becuase they had given us a discount they cannot assist(there was no diso****, they had ****** us rising the price and re advertising) . He then went further on saying BMW is changing the entire system which is unncesscsry. That is not true. They are repairing what needs to be repaired. I advise no one to purchase from MONTE CARLO AUTO. They are *******. They do not even give correct paper work regarding the sale of the vehicle or company polices but are now saying their lawyer has advised them not to pay. We did not even drive this vehicle for a week before it broke. We had paid cash for this vehicle. We will definitely not leave this issue as it is. . . Companies like these should not be able to rob clients so easily and get away with it.
