Monte Carlo Auto misleads buyers

I purchased an ML320 CDI from Monte Carlo Auto. The sales man told me that the shocks were replaced by the original owner and the car was in excellent condition.

Aesthetically the condition is good however it is a mechanical nightmare. This past week the air suspension exploded and they say there isn’t anything that they can do to assist. It’s 5 months since purchase. It’s a *******. They don’t comply to the regulator nor are interested in assisting nor returning my calls. Buy new less heartache! No excessive cost of repairs
