Monte Carlo Auto misery!!!

Miserable and absolutely unprofessional group of idiots to deal with ... never again!!! Made the mistake of taking 'their word for it' and buying a car off 'Gumtree' from them and regretted it immensely. They didn't send down the registration documents for me to take legal ownership and after repeated demands on them, they confessed that they had lost the documents!! Offered no solution (this after after 2 months!) and left me picking up the pieces trying to get the previous registered owner to asist with getting duplicate reg documents ... at my cost and efforts!! Chris (the leader of the ****s, apparently) became abusive and downright vile in his responses to my very legitmate requests to solve the situation ... it's all kept aside safely on my Wattsapp messages. Never expected such service from what appears at face value, to be a 'big company'. They absolutely don't have 'big company' values and sfter sales service, that's for sure. Strongly suggest anyone steer clear of such bad service and experiences!!!
