Disappointed Service

Viewed their advertised Renault Captur with FSH from Monte Carlo at the end of October 2020. Vehicle was promised to go for Service and Aircon to be re-gassed for 2 weeks nothing was done. The Vehicle also did not have a Manual, FSH (As advertised) nor did it have a Wheel Jack and spanner. (Spanner that was eventually provided doesn't even fit the wheels) Vehicle eventually had the service and aircon re-gassed only to view the vehicle bumper has was loose and the bumper pins damaged. Another week waiting for this repair which they blamed the damage at Renault Bryanston, Upon investigation the Job Card at Renault Bryanston was given to the driver from Monte Carlo stating the bumper pins/clips was damage PRIOR to the service being done. Thulie from Monte Carlo informed me on the 18th November I can collect my vehicle the repairs have been done. Upon arriving at Monte Carlo, the inside plastic covers by the wheel arches are loose, there is not even *****s/plugs holding this onto the bumper itself. Again the Vehicle is not fixed properly to the same Standard that I had viewed it. I had spoken to Chris and Thulie on where is the Manual and Full Service Record that was promised weeks prior.

03 December 2020, the Vehicle has not been registered, still awaiting after repeated requests for the Natis and the Manual and Service History. A month later after taking the vehicle.

Never will I purchase a Vehicle from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
