Shocking Noise Levels

Today I was at the Montclair library, in hopes of finding a quiet place to prepare for my exams. I work full time, however I took some time off to help me prep as exam dates are around the corner. To my dismay what I found there was anything but quiet. The place has completely gone by the waste side, you can't even hear yourself think let alone trying to study. The staff are so nonchalant about the noise levels, they are almost unbothered it's so disappointing as they should be the ones implementing the rules and ensuring that they are edhered to.

It's a circus in there, it's so sad to see such as I grew up in Montclair and used to attend this library since my primary school days. There is absolutely no order, it's shocking. Something needs to be done ASAP!
