No education

Have been trying to get a child in to the school for 2 years and ever time I get answered that they are full. This morning was said that the grade is full and they didn't take in new pupils. But funny I dropped a neighbour's child that's in the same grade, for the first time in Montclair junior primary. They only app**** in October 24 and I have been trying for 2 years and last year I even went to the department and still nothing was done to help me. I live 1 block away from the school. So funny that my other 2 kids has been attending the school now for 2 years. There is so many kids out of our area that attendeds the school. I don't know what is this all kids will have access to schooling?
