Bad Customer Service and poor quality couches

Bad customer service and poor quality couches. Bought couches which the delivery guy left outside my son 14yrs had to get them inside the house on his own they got torn informed the store same day however the owners which are Chinese had no care at all. Asked for a manager was informed they not available kept going back until they gave their number. We agreed that I must pay again for delivery to get them back to the store they will return them to the house at their own cost however they are going back on their word. Saying I must pay for the 3rd time for delivery. My couches my cost. Dissapointed and hurt.
