Worse service

I’m so annoying and irritated with the services, the watch got broken then I took it in as it’s still under warranty. I bought it last year in May. The store sales assistance took to the repair department and the repair department wanted me to pay R12k for the repairs and I said thank you I will not pay such an amount I will come and collect my watch. First they said they have stock take I must wait they call me to collect it. One week later I call for my watch and now they say they have lost the crown of the watch. I’m so annoyed off because they say I must wait until next week to get my watch because they lost the crown. I will never buy anything from this brand.
