About ?4weeks ago my husband Robert Parkes needed his insurace to come out and help him with his bike to our disbelief all the contacts details on the documents were not working, tel just rang, email address came back failed, wat happens ifit was a life and death situation and now he needed them they came out but had to pay R50 to the towing company cos it was a bit out of the way, hw ****ing pathetic really! Disgusting servicebut they quick to take premiums every mnth
