Poor After Sales Service

I called the Mont Blanc Boutique in Sandton and spoke to Herbert. My proble is that the strap on my Mont Blanc belt needs replacement and he informed me that I have to buy a new belt including the buckle which is still in excellent condition. I further enquired about my wallet which is really old and tired and hereto no assistance in getting repaired or recovered. Very disappointing as I own a variety of pens watches etc
