Mont Blanc Sandton Branch - Worse Customer Service Ever

I have been trying to resolve a credit refund since Nov'21 with the Sandton store. A lot of promises and just no feedback at all despite several attempt to get it resolved. I have also logged a complain on Twitter, no response, Mont Blanc website which promised a response within 24-48 hours. It has been a week and not even an e-mail. Mont Blanc google review complaint and it goes unnoticed I contacted Montblanc in the USA for assistance and they referred me back to Sandton branch. Worse customer service you cannot get.
