What's frustrating,is to be involved in an accident with someone who was in a \hurry"to wait for the police to file an accident report. <br> <br> To be exact on the 13 Feb Friday at 17:15 pm we were involved in a accident with Mr Duncan Steward whom i'm not sure understands road signs.
