Excess buyback Refund

On the 5th of June 2015 my vehicle was involved in a collision. I followed all the correct paths for claims to the insurance(Quicksure) through my broker. I sent the car for the repairs and upon collection was told to pay an excess of R3000 before my car would be released. <br> <br> I have since then tried to claim back my excess as my policy clearly states that there is an excess waiver(no excess) in the event of a claim for which I pay R150pm. It has been months since my payment and there is no sign of them refunding me.
