Montanelli's Family Restaurant, Pretoria, Montana Park

We visited Montanelli's Family Restaurant tonight for the first time as we read such wonderful reviews on their website. What a disappointment. The items we were interested in on their menu, have been discontinued, my order was only halfway, after asking about it, the waiter apologize and still after telling her to leave it she still went and collect the missing half. We decided on dessert and at that time only two other tables were occupied and ourselves. We were told that the kitchen closes at about 20:30 sometimes earlier, depending on the amount of costumers, long story short, we order and then another waiter came to ours while she updated the system, and told her , in their language, she must learn to say no to the customers. When we left, my daughter told this guy that she understood them and he just looked at her and laugh. So guess what, I will not be going back and neither will I advice anyone else to go there.
