Refund that is suppose to be eft they didn’t had cash on a till stranded

Please. Help I bought lot of bath material on this shop and one and I return a basin they didn’t receive it same day that I bought they say they didn’t have cash to refund now up to date no refund I bought on Thursday until Now my money I didn’t receive they promise eft but nothing
