The worst storgae ever, even dust gets inside the storage, there's so many people there i think they renting accomodation, i just dont understand.

A very heart breaking experience im having with Montana Self Storage Situated North of Pretoria (1,2km from the N1/Zambesi Toll Gate, i got to the storage on the 11th of July to collect my belongs, 1st thing 1st the lock was broken, i didnt think of anything how stupid of me, i opened the storage some of my clothes where on the floor, i thought maybe i was in a rush when i moved because since i moved my stuff there i didn't go back there that was January 2020. i took my stuff Saturday 11/07/2020 and i didn't unpack anything, Sunday i unpacked some of the stuff i realised my Microwave is not there, and my 2X decoders explore and the normal one, i didn't move on with packing, Tuesday i tried unpacking... my curtains, my shades Tomford to be specific, duvets from woollies, pillow cases, towels, blankets, cutlery, Pots, Kettles, Drill, ... they all goneeeee and im not sure of the clothes. i am really heart broken because i was trying to buy things little by little unfortunately i have to start again. The storage took long to communicate with me i was busy calling them but they fail to give me the footage nor feedback to my query, but on the lease and profile it shows that they have Cameras, please assist me they say they cant help me" they cant help me with anything and they don't have camera footages". I AM DEVASTED.
