Unfinished grave

I ordered a tombstone for my late husband. I designed the head stone and thought the kerbing was automatically included. At one stage i asked Karen Lourens (per email) what is the colour of the little pebbles on top of the grave. She (per email) responded "white" and even mentioned that it is for free. They only erected the head stone and on inquiry Karen said they can not be held responsible as i only ordered the head stone. She totally shifted the blame to me. 4 Months later I decided to finish my late husband's grave but Karen per whatsapp indicated that she is not willing to do more bossiness with me.
