Lack of solution

I had both a good and bad experience. From purchasing of my late mothers tombstone to the delivering of the tombstone everything was good, the problem starting with the installation of the tombstone.

The installation was scheduled for Friday the 7th June 2019 and the arrived from Pretoria to Phuthaditjhaba than we off-loaded the pieces of the tombstone and than i discovered that the slab had a huge crack, so the slab alone had to go back and be fitted the next day on 8th June 2019 and i managed to secure storage for other pieces, i paid for the storage out of good faith. The next day everything was inspected and all was still in perfect condition, the installation was done and upon finishing the installation one of the workers made a mistake and broke off a wing from one of the sitting "angels" on the tombstone. They than tried to glue it up and i was assured that it will hold. I than visited the graveyard on Sunday 9th June to inspect and upon arrival i saw that their plan of trying to revive the broken piece did not work, so i sent the image of the broken wing to Karin, which is one of the managers there of which he just viewed the image i sent on whatsapp and didnt respond. I than sent an email to Sana on Monday 10th of which she responded that one of the managers will contact me. Today on 12th June i contacted Sana who told me that one of her managers assured her that they sent me an email of which they didn't than moments later i got a call from Steve who said he was the owner of the above mentioned company and he assured me that he will order another "angel" for me but than things took a turn when he told me that i should arrange to go to Pretoria to fetch that "angel", which is 370+ kilometers from where i am(740+ km return). I asked him why should i be the one who collects the "angel" of which i paid everything in full to have a defective product on the tombstone and also who is going to install that angel on the tombstone of which he told me that he will give me instructions on how to install the "angel" on the tombstone. Now i am sitting with a broken "angel" of which i paid a full amount of R 73 000 for the whole package and will be unveiling my late mothers tombstone on 22 June 2019 with a broken "angel". I urge anyone who wishes to do business with them to pay the deposit and pay everything in full after installation because after payment you get shifted from one manager to the other. Should this have been my company i would have tried contacting one of the companies where my client resides to setup a deal of delivering the "angel" to them and paying a minimal fee of the installation of the "angel" by one of their installers together with my client accompanying them. With montana granite you are only a client whilst doing payment thereafter you are worthless
