STAY AWAY FOR WOONWAENS MONTANA

Please don't let Wimpie Lundall from Bazitorque CC T/A WOONWAENS/ CARAVANS @Montana touch your Caravan. His premises or so called workshop/yard looks more like a graveyard for Caravans than a proper business.

He collected our Caravan from us. First mistake.... as he led us to believe he could be trusted and he would check various things that is included in his service fee.

He basically told us on our way to fetch our Caravan the Friday afternoon, that he could not test if the fridge could work on gas (which was one of the promises), as he didn't have a gas bottle.... the tent that he also said the would check, was not checked. Our 2 plate gas stove went missing and he just said we have no proof that it was in the Caravan (I know it was our mistake not taking the valuables out). On the way back from Montana Caravans in Pretoria, we saw smoke coming from under the Caravan.... the 'newly done' wheel bearings was the problem. Luckily there were guardian angels that helped us to park the Caravan in a safe place and helped us the next day to re-do the bearings (they were appalled by the workmanship). We were so lucky that the wheel didn't came off, on the busy highway, as this could have resulted in us and others loosing our life's if we were involved in an accident. Wimpie was full of excuses, rude and not the nice guy that he was when he made all the promises to us in the beginning. He offered to fix the wheel bearings (by towing an "untowable" caravan back to his "workshop/place", but we decided to cut our losses and move on.
