Outstanding Payment.

Mr. WIMPIE LUNDALL, owner of CARAVANS MONTANA, bought an old caravan from me for R8000,00 which he would restore and sell at a profit. However, I first had to get a copy of the registration certificate that was lost. Meanwhile, Mr Lundall only paid me R5000,00 with the agreement that he would pay the outstanding amount as soon as he received the certificate. I sent the document to him along with the change of ownership forms. Mr Lundall now claims he paid the R3000,00 but It was never paid into my account. In the meantime he sold the caravan and will most likely have the caravan registered in the new owner's name. It is therefore clear that Mr Lundall has no plans to pay the outstanding amount.
