You must know everything about your cars battery system before you go

I had the worst experience because of incompetence this afternoon at this no battery or no car knowledge establishment. I drive a Mazda CX-3 2016 Active model without i-Stop that is Mazdas technology for Start Stop. The staff working at the store told me I need some kind of EFB technology battery that I know now is only applicable to run stop cars but I was not asked the question if my car has or hasn't, and had to do diagnostics after they installed this battery (Cost R 2750 all included) or else I wouldn't get a warranty on the battery. I knew this WAS a BS story because the battery that the car was running on was a normal Acid battery a 621 Size for the past 3 years and 7 months so I bought a Acid battery but I had to buy a 639 (R 1440) because the battery man said I need more oomph!!!! to make up for that special battery I didn't want to buy. I had no other choice I had to get back to work. Time was running out. Dear Owner I implore you to teach your staff these very intricate details about the vechiles they install batteries in and could you please be so kind as to create a new invoice with my guarantee of 25 months and the extra money I had to pay for a unnecessary larger battery and please let me know when I can collect it at your store.
