Cancelling 60th birthday cake 3 days before party

I contacted Montana Bakers World, Pretoria, to assist me in baking a 60th birthday cake. They accepted and send me a quote to do this - confirming the date. 3 days before the birthday party I confirm collection of the cake. I only get an email stating:<br> Good day. Unfortunately I won't be able to make your cake for this weekend as i am on holiday. <br> <br> <br> Irene de Gouveia <br> Montana bakers world<br> ***/ ***<br> On requiring their assistance to find another baker as I am living in Western Cape and do not know bakers in Pretoria i only get a repeat on the email above. <br> This is not only bad attitude but also breach of undertaking given!<br> I will never advise their service to anybody
