No telephone etiquette

<p>this resort was given by a friend, i google ect to find out more and want to open the price list thats on the website, the page couldnt open and i thought to do the right thing for more info is to contact the number given on the site.</p> <p>i found the lady picked up, i was polite in asking how are you? and she rep**** how can i help you and the tone was not how you approach someone that is unaware of anything, she didnt give me any chance to ask question just straight check the web repeatedly and then i drop the phone because i couldnt take it</p>
