Guano Caves bad management!!

We booked a 6 sleeper tented chalet for the weekend 2-4 October 2020 for my husband's birthday. When we arrived the Friday 2nd October we were told that they do not allow 5 adults in the 6 sleeper tented chalet as its only meant for 4 adults and 2 kids. We specifically mentioned to the lady when booking that we would be 5 adults. The manager was apparently not in Cape Town and we were told that we were not allowed in unless we took another chalet. This would have meant that We had to take 2 tented chalets which slept 12 in total for 5 people simply because an adult was not allowed to sleep on the one double bunk in the 6 sleeper which we initially booked. This we felt was a ******* as they couldve allowed us in even though we were told the admin lady made a mistake to allow 5 adults in the first place. Whos fault was it not ours surely! So we had to quickly find alternate accomodation at Avalon Springs as there was no way we were paying for an additional chalet! All we wanted was our deposit back but the manager Yolande is refusing to refund us our deposit as she says they dont refund for no shows! We showed up!! . So we've had to turn around and pay extra at Avalon Springs for their staffs mistake and not to mention the humiliation. Yolande couldve allowed us in instead they turned us away like dogs after driving all the way from Cape Town!
