Worst experience at Montagu springs

Montagu springs claim no burglary has ever happened, yet police say they've receive several complaints of burglary. Our villa was broken in while we were swimming and they stole all our clothes and food and kids new tackies and new clothes. We had nothing but the wet clothes on our back. Momgahu staff was unhelpful and couldnt even open the office to help us calm down. Even though Adult and kids was in wet bathing costumes. They had no sense of urgency to our case whatsoever. They refised to pay back our claim of 34000 of good that was ******. The worst resort ever.
